What Is It?

Software Support provides assistance for financial applications. The modules include: General Ledger, Requisitions, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Employee Attendance and Human Resources.  Also included are Timepiece, Employee Access, TimeSheets, Payroll Vouchers and Employee Self Service.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Designated staff from districts that participate in the CNYRIC Service Code(s) in the 620.100 series and utilize nVision, School ERP Pro (Infinite Visions) or WinCap.   

How Can I Request Assistance?

Click the "Create a Ticket" button to the right of this page.  Complete the requested information.  The form fields with a red * are required.  Once the form is completed, click the blue "Request" button at the bottom of the form.
