What Is It?

Test Database Refresh is used to request a district's production database be copied into their test environment. 

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Designated staff from districts that participate in the CNYRIC Service Code(s) in the 620.100 series and utilize nVision, School ERP Pro (IVEE) or WinCap. 

How Can I Request Assistance?
