What Is It?

Training is used to request instructions and guidance on a particular function within the financial applications. Training methods consist of Zoom, Bomgar, in person, as well as classroom style.  

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Designated staff from districts that participate in the CNYRIC Service Code(s) in the 620.100 series and utilize nVision, School ERP Pro (IVEE) or WinCap. 

How Can I Request Assistance?
