User Access

What Is It?

User Access provides a district the ability to request financial system users to be added, modified or deleted, including password resets. 

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Authorized Contacts from districts that participate in the CNYRIC Service Code(s) in the 620.100 series and utilize nVision, School ERP Pro (Infinite Visions) or WinCap. 

How Can I Request Assistance?

Click the "Create a Ticket" button to the right of this page.  Complete the requested information.  The form fields with a red * are required.  Once the form is completed, click the blue "Request" button at the bottom of the form.
