What Is It?

The Server Hosting Services provides assistance for district servers hosted at the CNYRIC.  This includes IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and all other hosted servers. 

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Designated staff from districts that participate in the CNYRIC Service Code(s) in the 620.161 series for IaaS, remote server hosting 620.300.378, remote virtualized server 620.300.382 and remote virtual active directory servers 620.300.384. 

How Can I Request Assistance?

Click the "Create a Ticket" button to the right of this page.  Complete the requested information.  The form fields with a red * are required.  Once the form is completed, click the blue "Request" button at the bottom of the form.
