What Is It?

Application Support provides assistance for technical applications including Commvault, Crowdstrike, GoGuardian, LightSpeed, Mail Meter, and Mimecast. 

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Designated staff from districts that participate in the CNYRIC Service Code(s) representing Commvault 620.300.711 and 714, Crowdstrike 620.300.715. GoGuardian 620.300.609, Lightspeed 620.300.611, Mail Meter 620.300.371 and 372, and Mimecast 620.300.720.

How Can I Request Assistance?

Click the "Create a Ticket" button to the right of this page.  Complete the requested information.  The form fields with a red * are required.  Once the form is completed, click the blue "Request" button at the bottom of the form.
